GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders that customers place via the online shop of HUEREGEIL, Dominique Rinderknecht, Badenerstrasse 286, 8004 Zurich.​

 

REGISTRATION

Shopping at HUEREGEIL is only permitted to customers who have registered properly and truthfully. The creation of multiple accounts and their use by the same person is strictly prohibited. In addition, any industrial or commercial use for the purpose of reselling goods to third parties is prohibited. Violations can lead to immediate exclusion and the assertion of claims for damages by HUEREGEIL. HUEREGEIL can also limit the maximum delivery quantity per item and customer.​

 

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button in the shopping cart, the customer submits a binding offer. The automatically generated confirmation e-mail documents the receipt of the order. The binding contractual relationship only is valid when HUEREGEIL confirms the dispatch of the goods by e-mail (dispatch confirmation), however, at the latest when the goods are delivered. If, during the processing of the order, HUEREGEIL determines that the products ordered by the customer are not available, the customer will be informed of this by email. A contract for the unavailable goods does not come about.

 

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

The goods remain the property of HUEREGEIL until full payment has been made.

These GTC are subject to change. We list the date of the last changes in each case.
