HUEREGEIL undertakes to ensure state-of-the-art security and to comply with the rules of data protection in Switzerland regarding systems, programs, etc. that it owns and over which it has influence, but does not guarantee security with regard to the means of communication. HUEREGEIL can delete stored customer data or block access data at any time without giving reasons. HUEREGEIL can disclose data to third parties in Switzerland or abroad in order to fulfill the purchase contract. With placing an order the customer agrees to this, even if the destination country does not have equivalent data protection.
