PRICES AND SHIPPING

The prices listed in the HUEREGEIL online shop at the time of the order apply. The prices given are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF) or are converted into the selected currency. Shipping takes place within Switzerland and partly internationally. Shipping costs may be added to every order placed with HUEREGEIL. Normally, these are CHF 7.00 as a flat rate within Switzerland, CHF 20.00 in Europe and CHF 30.00 outside of Europe. Exceptions are specifically declared. The actual invoice amount depends on the delivery type and type of payment. The exact shipping costs are displayed to the customer in the ordering process. In exceptional cases and special campaigns, shipping may not be charged. HUEREGEIL does not assume any subsequent customs costs and any other costs incurred for deliveries outside of Switzerland and must be paid in full by the customer. These costs are charged directly to the customer via the courier service and HUEREGEIL has nothing to do with it.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

Goods that are in stock in Switzerland are usually ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days. The goods that are no longer in stock in Switzerland at the given time must first be produced - the delivery times are displayed precisely after the product has been selected in a specific size and colour. In the event that an order does not reach the customer on a requested or communicated delivery date, the customer will normally be contacted and claims for damages are excluded. If the delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer, HUEREGEIL can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.​
